This is the BP oil rig, sinking and polluting our waters! |
The BP oil spill wasn't just a spill it was a natural disaster, one that took us by suprise and took many lives. Not just of humans but our natural wildlife as well. This sticky substance can range anywhere within a matter of hours, but have we found a way to clean it up ? Nope, we wait till it takes manny aquatic lives' and beaches to burn whats left of the natural resource we already take and abuse from our earth. With all of the money we put towards oil spills and natural disaster i find it increadibly frustrating to have to sit and watch as the oil floats to the surface wading wherever it pleases and polluting as much as it can, all that money, and all we can do is watch. When in the ocean system it cannot be controlled, rounded up, directed, or pushed to do as we plead it to do. It chooses to be resistant because of our way of life. All we seem to look at is the money we' ve lost but what about the billions of tins of oil we seem to have lost along the way. With no way too find it, but let it fully pollute the land we live breathe and walk upon. It being uncontrollable is only the beginning to the endless natural destruction these oil spills are causing.
