With all of the fish being poisoned and killed by oil spills, fishermen are affected extremely. Without fish to catch, then they can't sell the fish, and they don't have fish to eat. Without fish to eat then their families may starve. If he can't sell his fish for other to eat, then other don't have food, and he doesn't make his money. If a fisherman can't make money, then he can't pay his bills. Now if he doesn't have any money he can't go out fishing, because he needs minnows and gas for his big boat.
