Oil. A toxic pollutant. People say that eventually the world will end. And the biggest reason, because of how humans treat it. Oil spills are going to have a HUGE environmental impact! Polluting the water, contamination, affecting food chains, and many other things. We really have to concentrate on keeping our oceans clean. Only 3% of earths water is drinkable, and contaminating our oceans with oil would cause us to lose our sault water resource. But it doesn't have to be this way if humans would be more careful! Sure freak accidents happen and result in oil spills. But things like having a boat with an electric motor, disposing of toxic chemicals properly, and reduce our amount of toxic resources that we use are all little things that can make a big difference to our environment. Some people may not care. But this is my future. And looking at oceans that have washed up marine life, toxic oil, and pollution everywhere, isn't a very pretty picture.
