I can't even imagine how horrific it would be to die in such a horrible way. This marine life (birds, fish, etc.) is having their homes snatched from them, and it's completely unfair! Could you imagine, just out of nowhere, you and your home is completely drenched in a smelly, sticky, goo? Imagine not being able to get away from it. Imagine trying to wash yourself clean from this disgust, but you are unable because the place where you bath is coated in this icky mess. Then eventually, you die, a slow, painful, EASILY PREVENTABLE, death. These animals have feelings too, and just because they are animals is no right to treat them so cruelly. I believe that our government needs to take a stand, and learn from there previous mistakes, to ensure that these poor, helpless animals do not have to suffer any longer.
